Step 2. Read and understand the rental policies and guidelines.
Step 3. If you are in agreement with the fee structure and the usage policy for your event, read, sign, and return the Church Usage and Hold Harmless Agreement. Complete, sign, and return the last page of the Event Fees document; this will serve as your contract.
Step 4. Complete the Event Request Form below. When you click Submit, the form will automatically be sent to the church office. Drawing the room setup you would like and then emailing or mailing that graphic to the church office is also a good idea.

The custodial staff who prepare the rooms for events would appreciate a drawing of the set-up you would like; clarity helps create a successful event. If you chose to, please create a drawing of your preferred setup, and email it, mail it, or drop it by the church office.
