Bread Class with master bakers Bryce Johnson and Ross Safford: Learn to make two distinctive breads: ciabatta and oatmeal. You’ll get your hands messy as you mix, knead, stretch and shape two very different kinds of dough. You’ll take home a loaf of each baked in the church’s wood fired oven. You’ll learn much and have lots of laughs. We’ll close with a salad and wood-fired pizza for dinner!
