Join Adult Faith Formation and Sara Markoe Hanson from the White Bear Lake Area Historical Society where she has been the Executive Director since 2001. Her passion for research and her commitment to sharing the stories of our community has continued to grow over the years. Through this presentation Hanson will explore the history of redlining – discriminatory practices in real estate, finance and insurance that was rampant in 20th Century America – and how it impacted the development of our area.
