AFF & Racial Justice Lecture on Immigration
Join us for a lecture and discussion on current immigration issues and ways we can be better allies to the Immigrant Community.
The speaker has been involved in immigration work since 1985—initially as a non-lawyer and, since 1996, as a licensed attorney. They currently serve as the Immigration Program Manager for a nonprofit legal organization and were instrumental in co-founding a legal clinic in 1997, which continues to operate out of Park Avenue United Methodist Church.
Light refreshments including bars, coffee, and lemonade will be served.
