There is power in prayer.  White Bear Lake United Methodist Church has a dedicated team of members who have chosen praying for the church and our community as their ministry. The Prayer Team prays daily, by request, for individuals as they pass through times of crisis and life’s disruptions. All prayers are held confidential to the Team.  We follow-up each request with contact, employing personal calls, cards, and other one on one communication to transmit our care and support. Prayers are periodically updated with the requester for support and focus. We meet monthly to review and update our prayer list, provide mutual support, and build prayer and listening skills with devotional materials. We also provide volunteers to staff the Prayer Room around Sunday services to provide direct and immediate in person support with prayer.

Meeting time: 1:00pm - 2:00pm  the 3rd Thursday of each month.
